Biography
As the eldest son of a bricklayer and a caregiver, Dominik Locher (1982) grew up in the Swiss Alps. After various jobs as a construction worker, circus animator and tabloid journalist, Dominik made his passion his purpose in life. Since 2013 he has directed numerous plays and two feature films. His second feature GOLIATH screened in the 2017 “Concorso Internationale” of the Locarno Film Festival and won numerous awards. His main focus is currently on social dramas with a genre touch.
